The Fine Print
Trust & Safety

1. What this work is
HER TRUTH offers coaching, energetic, and embodiment work for women — one-to-one sessions, live group gatherings, and self-paced programs. The work is grounded and body-based: breath, movement, awareness, practices you perform yourself, in your own space, guided verbally. Nothing vague, nothing outsourced. HER TRUTH is operated by ProgramU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. What this work is not
This work is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or a crisis service — and it does not pretend to be. Kaylee is not a licensed healthcare provider, and no Session is a substitute for one. If what you are carrying needs clinical attention, get it from a qualified professional. This work can sit alongside real care; it does not replace it.
3. Who it is for
Adults, 18 and older. The work is designed for women who are resourced enough to meet it — it can be intense, and intensity is not the right medicine for every moment of every life. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, are in active treatment, are pregnant, or have physical conditions relevant to breathwork or movement, talk to your provider before booking and choose practices accordingly. You remain the authority on your own body at all times.
4. Consent, always
Every practice in every Session is voluntary. You can modify, skip, pause, or leave at any time — no explanation owed. Practices of an intimate, body-based nature are always described in advance, always self-applied, always optional. No one ever touches you. Before any booking, you review and sign the Session Consent & Liability Waiver, so nothing about the work is a surprise.
5. Your privacy in the work
What you share in a 1:1 stays between you and Kaylee, except where you permit otherwise, the law requires it, or someone is in imminent danger. Group spaces run on mutual confidentiality — what other women share stays in the space, and yours does too. Group gatherings may be recorded for replays; your camera and microphone can stay off. We collect almost nothing on this website, run no ad trackers, and sell no data. Details: Privacy Policy.
6. When the work surfaces hard material
Embodiment work can surface old memories, strong emotion, and physical release. That is part of how it works — and it is also a signal to pace yourself. If a Session brings up more than you can process alone — persistent distress, trauma memories, thoughts of harming yourself or others — pause the work and reach for real support: a qualified professional, or the crisis resources below. The woman doing this work deserves actual support around it.
7. Crisis resources (U.S.)

These are free, confidential, and open 24/7: • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988 • Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741 • SAMHSA National Helpline — 1-800-662-4357 • Emergency — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room HER TRUTH is not a crisis service. 8. Reporting a concern
If anything in a Session, a gathering, or on this site feels unsafe or wrong, write to hello@hertruth.app. Every message is read.
