Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website and the HER TRUTH services are operated by ProgramU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as HER TRUTH (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes what information we collect through hertruth.app and our booking, payment, and email systems, how we use it, and your rights. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@hertruth.app.

2. What we collect

Browsing this website requires no account and collects no personal information from you directly. When you book a session, we collect (through our scheduling provider): your name, email address, the session you booked, your timezone, and your answers to any booking questions — including your timestamped agreement to the Terms of Use and Session Consent & Liability Waiver. When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. We never see or store your card number — we receive only your name, email, the amount, and a transaction identifier. When you join a live gathering, the video platform (Zoom or Google Meet) processes your audio/video, and gatherings may be recorded for replays. You may keep your camera and microphone off. 1:1 sessions are recorded so your personal replay can be sent to you; you may decline recording at any time. When you join the email list (when available), we collect your email address and the fact of your subscription. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send. We do not collect health records, and we ask you not to send medical information through booking forms. Anything you choose to share with Kaylee inside a session stays inside the session — see Section 6.

3. Third-party services (processors)

We use a small set of providers, each receiving only what its function requires: • Cal.com — scheduling. Receives your name, email, booking details, and booking-question answers. • Stripe — payment processing. Handles your card details under its own privacy policy and PCI compliance; we receive transaction records only. • Zoom / Google Meet — live video sessions and gatherings; recordings of group gatherings for replays. • Resend — transactional email (booking confirmations, replay links). Receives your email address and the email content at send time. • Kit — email newsletter/list (when active). Receives your email address and subscription status. • Vercel — website hosting. Standard server logs (IP address, request data) for security and operation. • Google Calendar — session scheduling sync (busy/free status and booked session details on Kaylee’s calendar). • Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube — embedded or linked media, governed by their own policies when you interact with them. We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site behavioral analytics on this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to: schedule and deliver the sessions and gatherings you book; process your payments and send receipts; send booking confirmations, session links, and replay links; respond when you write to us; send the email list content you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime); keep records required for tax and legal compliance; and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not use your information to: advertise to you elsewhere, build advertising profiles, or train AI models. Legal disclosures: we may disclose information where required by law or legal process; to enforce our Terms of Use or Session Consent & Liability Waiver; to respond to a payment dispute with records of your booking, consent, and attendance; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProgramU LLC, our clients, or the public.

5. Cookies

This website itself sets no tracking cookies. Essential cookies or local storage may be set by our hosting and, when you use the booking flow, by our scheduling and payment providers to make those functions work (for example, keeping your booking session active). We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because of this minimal approach, no cookie-consent banner is shown.

6. Session confidentiality

What you share in a 1:1 session is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties, except: where you give written permission; where disclosure is required by law; or where there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person. In group gatherings, we ask every participant to keep what other women share confidential, and replays are licensed for personal use only — but be aware that group spaces are, by nature, shared spaces, and you control what you reveal in them. Please note that session confidentiality is a commitment of care, not a legal privilege — HER TRUTH sessions are not therapy, and communications are not protected by therapist–patient or doctor–patient privilege.

7. Data retention

Booking and transaction records are retained for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal compliance (transaction records typically 7 years, per payment-processing requirements). Gathering recordings are retained for the replay window offered to participants, plus an archival period, after which participant-visible portions are not republished. Purchased archive recordings (when offered) are retained as products. Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule.

8. Your rights

You may at any time: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax and legal compliance); unsubscribe from the email list (every email has an unsubscribe link); and object to specific processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hertruth.app. We respond within the timeframe applicable law requires (typically within 45 days). Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have specific statutory rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

9. Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email hello@hertruth.app and we will delete it.

10. Where the data lives

ProgramU LLC is organized in Wyoming, United States, and our providers store data primarily in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under this policy.

11. Security

Data in our systems and our providers’ systems is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by the respective providers. We minimize what we collect in the first place — the strongest protection is that browsing this site requires nothing from you at all. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we choose established providers with strong security practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the Services evolve (for example, when the email list or new offerings launch). Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. The current version is always at hertruth.app/privacy.
