For most of my life, I was dissociated from my body, and so immersed in a mental world filled with thoughts of self-punishment and the harshest critic you have ever met. Then one day I heard her — she spoke so clearly, the voice of my purest consciousness, the essence of my soul. I heard her speak. I heard my body speak. It was all so damn clear. I made a commitment I have never broken after that moment. The commitment was to always listen. To hear every word she wanted to speak. To see everything she wanted to show me. To experience everything she has wanted to create through me.
HER TRUTH was born from listening. Listening deeply to everything my body had to say. Every frequency I work with came from the same place — a deep internal unwind, and the following of my deepest truth.

I do not sit down and invent them. I listen — and whatever wants to be created through me is what gets built. Each one arrives whole, with its own energy, its own name, its own world. My work is to follow it all the way into form.

BeforeWho I was
I lived in my head. I had no awareness of body intelligence — no idea the body speaks, that it can guide a life, that the life force in you is meant to lead. I was disconnected from my own womb, my own inner oracle. I was numb to my emotions and to the whole spectrum of being alive.
I was ungrounded, and I was medicated — a heavy concoction of pharmaceuticals for a diagnosis that never once touched what was actually happening in me. I was out of touch with my inner world and my outer world, both. For years, I did not know there was another way to be.
The Craft
Devotion to my truth
I traveled with many mentors and teachers — experts in the field of hands-on body work, masters of energetic work and sacred eros practices, and potent leaders in the fields that light my soul on fire. I learned their ways and I practiced them for years, until my own art form, my own medicine, started to take a shape of its own. My craft has been refined and built through utter devotion to my deepest truth. Now my art forms pour through me without thought — only the decision to serve.
After years of devotion and learning, I merged everything I had learned with my own intelligence — the path my soul was guiding me down. What I offer now is not any one teacher’s or mentor’s method. It is the sum of years of devotion, embodying the work, refined through my own body until it became only recognizable as my personal frequency medicine.
The Work
What changes when you listen
When I say listen to your body, I mean it literally. Take a moment. A deep breath. Tune into your heart — or lower, into your pelvis, your womb space — and ask what wants to come up. What intelligence is already there, waiting for you to get quiet enough to hear it. Then you keep going. Are you in your body right now? How are you actually feeling? It is a living practice — staying connected to your body’s intelligence, and letting that intelligence lead your life instead of your mind.
When a woman does this work, she stops operating from an identity built on low self-worth. The patterns that no longer serve her are unraveled, broken, and reprogrammed — fully — across the whole spectrum of embodiment.
Embodiment is the most important thing you will ever understand. Your embodiment is the sum of every belief system running inside you — and it is your body, not your mind, that carries the intelligence of your soul. Your body is the vessel your soul speaks through. The mind is only an instrument: something to wield, something to observe.
Because everything you desire comes down to one thing: the identity you are living from. Reality is not responding to your effort. It is responding to your embodiment — to the programs running beneath your awareness. Change the identity you live from, and reality has no choice but to answer.

What this is not
This is not airy-fairy, hopey-dopey, new-age dust. You will never hear me talk about chakras or man-made constructs of the body — the light body, kundalini energy, any of it. I speak about the auric field and the body in grounded, no-bullshit terms — in a way where you can actually feel it in your body, and feel the truth of it.
My work is not about outsourcing your power — to a guru, to a construct, to some external god. It is about finding the power that has already lived inside you, and stepping into it fully. Time and time again, my work is about actualizing your highest potential — whatever that looks like.

The VISIONARY Pathway
In 2021 I was walking through a forest in Ohio when I found Ghost Pipe. She seemed to wink at me — I have so many things to show you.
Fast forward to 2026 — eight sacred plants and eight extraordinary worlds began emerging, each one tugging at my heart to be worked with ceremonially. The visionary arc in order: Rose. Hibiscus. Cacao. Blue Lotus. Passionflower. Ghost Pipe. Mugwort. Bobinsana. Noya Rao. Together they arranged an unspoken dream, sex and emotional revolution in the form of an eternal blueprint or pathway.
I live my life guided by these plants — each one a world of its own. Ghost Pipe and Noya Rao are the ones I live my life by most closely. They are always tugging at my psyche in late luteal, showing me their deepest teachings. To be a medicine woman is to be in devotion to the earth and to every element, and to let the plants teach you directly.
