Change is the only constant variable. Everything, everywhere, is participating in a cycle of change. Things are always fluctuating — the body, the money, the mood, the season, the relationship, the plan. Nothing is standing still, even when it looks like it is.

And so the word this month comes with one instruction underneath it, and I want you to feel it land: stop trying to stop the changes.

And this month, fluctuate means something specific: build emotional range.

Watch a baby. She cries immediately. The whole thing moves through her, and a minute later she is laughing. Happiness is on the other side of it almost every time. Nothing was stuffed down. Nothing was managed. It came, it moved, it went.

Our bodies and our emotions are always fluctuating. Nothing is solid. And there is this real sense out there that something is wrong with you if you are not happy all the time. There isn’t. When you are feeling grief, when you are feeling anger, when you are feeling anything — you do not stuff it down. You let it move through your body and express itself, and as quick as it came, it goes. That is being flexible. That is being in the flow with the fluctuations instead of fighting them.

Listen to the body. Get deeply in touch with it. Because the moment you start observing your thoughts and actually feeling your feelings, you will notice that the emotional weather is always different. It is always changing. And that is okay. You do not have to be happy all the time.

What I see in the field is women leaving themselves. Abandoning themselves the second anger comes up, or sadness, or grief. Only accepting one side of the spectrum — the joy, the happiness, the “higher vibration” feelings — and rejecting the rest of who they are. Fluctuate means accepting you through every level of your emotional range. The full spectrum. Loving yourself through all of it. You do not need to control it. You need to let your body express the way it wants to express.

The Field of PURESeptember 2026

What is moving through the field this month: the fear of massive change, trying to stop the changes, and not going with the flow. You have to ask yourself why you fear massive change. Why?

Vultures represent flow and ease. They use the least effort of any bird in the sky — they do not flap their way up, they open their wings and ride the drafts of the wind (of life). What needs to be put in the spotlight this month: what does massive change mean to you?

The vulture is one of the oldest sacred birds there is — guardian of the pharaoh’s throne in Egypt, Apollo’s bird of prophecy to the Greeks, the peace eagle to the Cherokee, the one who never kills. His medicine is purification: he takes what is dead and finished and turns it back into life.

Here is the frequency the vulture carries: he does not worry about whether he is going to be supported. He does not worry about whether he is going to be provided for. He rides these huge drafts of wind for hours at a time, and there is this sense in him that he already knows — he knows he is going to find food, he knows it is coming, so he just rides. He is so in flow. And when the food comes, he lands, and he eats. That is it. Ease and flow.

And there is a real transmutation in him. A lot of people would say the vulture is not a beautiful symbol. But he is embodied in a way where nothing about him is rejected. He knows death very well. He is not afraid of it, and he is not afraid of the parts of life nobody wants to look at. That is the medicine: accepting your shadow, and everything about you, the way he accepts what he is.

And specifically — the vulture came through in a very masculine embodiment this month. He came through as male. So sit with that. What does that mean for you?

This is a reference to the king archetype in your life. It speaks to the concept of our masculine and feminine energies sitting in their throne identity — the king and the queen. And this month, the masculine is being massively highlighted. The path of “growing up” your inner male, and shifting those energies into the king embodiment: the one who provides, protects, decides, and holds the ground steady while everything around him fluctuates.

When you get into the energetics of the inner king, you find this real essence inside of everybody — whether you are a woman or a man. The inner king is about creating financial stability through the internal bank account. It starts inside. And what has been brought up in this field reading is that a lot of the archetypal energies of the inner king have not been able to be expressed through your life. That is the symbolism here: the king energetics caged up within, inside your system, with nowhere to go.

When you learn to nourish and nurture these king energetics, something happens. Our finances go through a complete overhaul. The way we, as women, feel supported goes through a huge overhaul. It is about working with the inner male, the inner masculine energetics, and growing that inner male up — all the way up — until he is fully embodied in the king.

And what that looks like, in the body, is this: you stop scanning for whether you are safe. You make the decision and you stand behind it. You keep the promise you made to yourself on the day you do not feel like it. You let yourself be held by your own structure — your money, your time, your word — instead of waiting for someone else to build the ground underneath you. That is the king taking his seat. And once he is seated, the feminine in you finally gets to rest, to receive, to expand. She was never meant to hold the ground alone.

The King of Pentacles is highlighted. He is the throne of the material world — the one in the deck who has already built it. He sits in his garden, his vines heavy, his bull beside him, and he is not in a hurry, because he knows that what is built slowly and honestly holds. He is abundance that came from devotion, not luck. Wealth as a form of care. Stability as a form of love. When he appears, the field is asking your inner king to take his seat: to steward what you have, to make the sober decision, to let your empire grow from the ground up. He is the proof that the masculine, grown up, is not control. It is the ground that makes expansion safe.
